ORDER

You can place a pre-order for the out-of-stock items. To place a pre-order, please contact your sales representative for assistance.

You may cancel or make any changes in your order within 2 days after the submission. After we start packing your order, you CANNOT cancel or modify anything in the order.

MOA (Minimum Order Amount) is Rs. 50,000 per order.

After the order submission, your sales representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order. After confirming the proforma invoice, we will start packing upon the receipt of your payment.

SHIPPING

Our warehouse is located in Nagaland, India. And we ship orders only in India. Our courier partners are Bluedart and Amazon Transportation Services.

It will take 7-15 days for your order to arrive. Depending on the courier partners and pincodes, the duration of the delivery may affect like wise.

PAYMENT

Prices on the website may change or reflect different in the order invoice sometimes as per the stock availability and internal reasons.

You will be shared with Bank Account details during the final placement and confirmation of your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • In case of receiving defective goods, please take photos or videos of the items and contact your sales representative immediately. We will review the report and help you proceed with the claim.
  • If damage/theft occurred in transit, you must inform your nominated forwarder to file a claim as we will not hold responsible for the issues that take place during shipment.
  • If you received faulty products, we will report to the suppliers/manufacturers and help you file a claim.
  • Please do not dispose of the items until further notice.
  • Please take as many photos as possible to expedite the process.

 

Once you proceed with your payment, it cannot be refunded. It will be posted to your debit note for a future order. Or you can get an exchange of the same.
