1. WHOLESALE PRICING

• Orders above Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) you will get a discount of 20%.
• Orders above Rs. 1,00,000 (One Lakh) you will get a discount of 25%.
• Orders above Rs. 3,00,000 (Three lakhs) you will get a 30% discount.
• Orders above Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) you will get a 35% discount.
• As per order value, the discounts and negotiation will be affected.
• The minimum order value should be Rs. 50,000 and above.

2. PRICING STRUCTURE

• The wholesale prices and margins disclosed on our platform are indicative and subject to variations based on specific products and quantities ordered.

3. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC ADJUSTMENTS

• The final wholesale pricing for each product may be adjusted based on market conditions, availability, or other factors impacting production costs.

4. QUANTITY-BASED DISCOUNTS

• Wholesale prices are often subject to quantity-based discounts. The larger the order, the more favorable the pricing structure may become.

5. QUANTITY FLEXIBILITY

• Our Wholesale Representative can guide you on optimizing quantities to benefit from potential volume-based discounts and ensure cost-effectiveness.

6. PAYMENT

• Payment terms will be based on the final confirmed quotation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review and agree upon the payment terms before proceeding with the order.
• Payment for the Goods shall be made at the time the order is placed.
• Once you submit an order, it cannot be cancelled by you. All sales are final.

7. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

• Purchases made by Buyer through Beauty Barn Wholesale are ineligible for return.
• Under certain conditions, exchanges may be made for unsatisfactory merchandise that is unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Whether or not items are eligible for exchange is at the sole discretion of Beauty Barn.
• All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods.

8. ORDER PROCESSING

• Prior to finalizing any wholesale purchase or placing an order, it is imperative to contact our Wholesale Representative to confirm the accurate and up-to-date quotation for your specific requirements.
• Orders should only be placed after thorough confirmation of the final quotation to ensure alignment with your expectations and our current pricing structure.
• ONLY once the payment is fully done, the order will be processed within 24-72 working hours, dispatch and the shipping details will be shared to you.

6. AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Buyer(s) have carefully read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
